What has never changed is each person must make the effort to engage in a balanced, OMNIVOROUS diet to achieve all 23 amino acids in their proper proportions.

Nobody ever implied to go off the deep end and go vegan or Keto, fasting or gorging. Common sense is just gone nowadayz.

modern wheat has the same name as older varieties, but the gluten content has been manipulated through the roof, with many other changes to make wheat more profitable.

so eating barley rye oats or wheat (all gluten foods) is no longer healthy.

it is a shame what has become of our food. Grains are the newest addition to the human diet.... go back to nuts meats eggs fruits!

It's only "enriched" grains and flours.

I can eat whole wheat and Im good, eat any form of "enriched bleached" or any of that type of wheat I get stomach cramps and diarrhea.

I should also add I'm diagnosed celiacs.

Duram and sorghum wheat are the best, they agree very well with me.

I was going to suggest celiac if you didn't know

For your future health - restrict yourself to NO GLUTEN at all

I have a friend that is an ambassadore for the Celiac Society - it's NOT a FAD ,.. It's a DIAGNOSIS
