Yeah the crap they say is good for you will FUCK YOU UP. Eat lots of beets and spinach and you WILL get kidney stones. The only health problem I've ever had. Animal flesh is a superior food source because the animal's liver filtered out all that toxic crap from the vegetable matter it ate, and the cuts from its musculature are clean. I don't know about organ meats. I think that's meant for dogs and Scottsmen!
