Robert Atkins died with severe heart disease and you are incredibly uneducated and lacking knowledge . Do a little research before making yourself look any dumber , but clearly you wouldn’t even know how.

Just because he wrote a book doesn't mean he was committing his lifestyle to it anymore than all the obese doctors i've known in life who preach a nutritious lifestyle but aren't the pinnacle of it themselves.
