Glad to know you all will be together for Christmas!

We are doing as well as expected, Dakota still battling a Head cold, but its not Covid 19.

Wife is getting stronger as each day passes, they are still trying to get her BP medicine right, she wont be released back to work until Jan. sometime.

Every dark cloud has a silver lining. As most of you know my wife and I were lifetime smokers.

As of today she has been smoke free for
36 days and I have been smoke free for 26 days.

No aids or supplements, Just threw them in the Trash and never looked back.

That's awesome! Keep up the good work, both of you! Smoking is one of the hardest things to kick.

Ive been smoking for over 50 years ( yes damage is done) but I was surprised how easy it was after around day 7. Occupying my hands is the biggest problem.

Keep forgetting to post this for you all. This is 'Poop" Dakotas Budgie. She has become one of the family, usually out of the cage four or five hours a day and likes to hang out near our Computers. Shes not shy in fact she thinks everything belongs to her.

We had a minor set back yesterday. Dakota's graph clotted at dialysis. So my wife had to pick him up and take him to the Hospital for another covid test yesterday. They scheduled him for day surgery today to see if they can remove the clot.

Thats where he is as I type. Ill post more when I learn more.

Lord Jesus, please guide the surgeons' hands and the nurses attending to clear the clot in the graph. We pray that Dakota is healed of the blood issue and continues to heal. We pray for the continued healing of Dakota's mother and for peace of mind for Dakota's dad and that the family continue to worship You in their daily lives.

They have been there since 10 am surgery was scheduled for 11:15 am and they just came and took him into surgery at 3:50

I didn't make it through the entire 85 pages, but maybe 20 or so. All the best to you and your family, I hope you are out of the woods. This may be difficult, if you are under medical instruction/supervision, but at least it offers information. If I may make a few comments...

The thyroid is an incredibly important organ within the body, and is regulated by iodine. The thyroid, regulates most everything. Iodine, is an antiseptic within the body, as every cell in the body needs it, yet the body can not create or produce it. If you don't get enough, there can be major complications in functions within the body. It's SO important that should your thyroid ever be removed, they supplement you with a synthetic for life. They also supplement it in salt, as default to ward off goiter in the general population.

As for the kidneys/liver, etc, I'd recommend a vitamin line called Standard Process, SP Cleans and Livaplex for this kind of situation. Should you research, Standard Process is NOT like your typical vitamin line that can be found on every corner the world over. There is a reason as to why. They aren't cheap either, but there's also a reason as to why.

Low hemoglobin is a concern. My in-law faced this very same condition stated by her doctor. Iodine will not regulate this, as this is an oxygen to blood ratio issue. Not a detox, regulate, or cleanse issue. It is possible that it's a blood loss situation, or it's possible that it's just a pre-existing issue that needs assistance (in healing or lifestyle) depending upon the subjects condition. In the case of my in-law, she was diabetic, so she had conditions. They initially panicked when they saw it (while in for another issue), but later found out the count was always a little lower.


My challenge is one I mention to others, and one I do myself. In fact, I've done it many times over. Try a water fast, and let the body do what it does best - HEAL itself. There are fantastic stories about the most obscene conditions being remedied when everything else has failed.

When the body isn't busy always breaking down 3-6 meals in a day, and distributing energy, it's healing. For the average diet, there isn't much time to EVER heal. On a fast, the body has nothing else to do BUT to heal. Don't knock it until you try it.
