This is far more common than people realize, INCLUDING THE USA. My 85 yo father in law was hospitalized and went to a rehab hospital afterwards. He would sometimes fall into these deep sleeps at that point and it was hard to rouse him. The medical staff told us he was "dying" and wanted to put him on a morphine drip - to finish him off (that's how they do it usually). My husband asked what his vitals were - they didn't KNOW. He had to FIGHT WITH THEM to get them to take his vital signs. When they did, they were fine - his BP was actually better than ours. We wanted to take him back to the regular hospital, again we had to FIGHT WITH THEM. We called in a clergyman to help us with them - they gave in and sent him to the hospital. He fully recovered in a few days (they probably weren't giving him the assistance he had needed) and he lived for several years afterwards.

THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. It's like a death cult - they ENJOY putting people to death and they do this all the time to the elderly and poor folks like this man that they think no one will fight them over.

THEY ENJOY KILLING THESE PEOPLE. Please fight for your elders and for your handicapped relatives.

The state government in Perth Western Australia is in the process of introducing Assisted Death.

The selling point people do not want to see their parents, family friends suffer horrendous deaths.

There is the process of making people comfortable in their last days, hours but is not spoken of as it is basically against the law, both my parents went this way and thank the medical people, doctors to allow it.

So why not just make this a legitimate way of preventing suffering?

Why not allow regulations and laws to be relax for the hospital system for these moments in families lives?

Why? because it is too simple and allows families to make decisions the government thinks we shouldn't be, no that's for them to make for us!

I want answered who makes the decision for the elderly, children cared by the state, prisoners, people suffering mental illness and others who may have no family or close friends, just who makes the process of assisted deaths or do these people just suffer unimaginable pain until they pass away?

I urge all West Australians to read the ins and outs of this government assisted death policy and you will see it is so complicated and makes a simple peaceful thing now a nightmare.

Besides all this one question why are the government wanting to push this policy through parliament into law, why is it so longwinded and complicated that everyday people will just agree because they don't want their mamas and papas suffering.

This article should be sending shudders in why the government might want a policy that becomes law that can whenever they, the government, want to be changed and altered.
