If you have any savings (doubtful, probably just a lot of credit card debt..you sound like a credit card type), you should keep it in a bank savings account at less than 1 percent interest. Its more emotionally calming for snowflakes. U.S. markets were made for grown ups.

REMINDER: Bitcoin is creating a whole new social upper class.

BTC is the biggest transfer of wealth and early adopters/entrepreneurs/innovators are rewarded immensely.

Bitcoiners also know more about the economy and tech than 99% of the population

Anyone doing the 51% attack would be painfully obvious to the system, and instantaneously obliterate any trust in the blockchain.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73649866

But "trust" got up and left the room when transaction fees were pushed up to $50 per transaction by the miners about a year and a half ago.

People are losing BTC because of the miners, not hackers and no wallet is safe from them.

You're a newbie to markets in general, honestly.

Technicals go down, and they go up.

Smart people pay attention to the fundamentals.

SoftBank Group and the Intercontinental Exchange are part of the global banking cartel. They don't do things willy nilly, which is what you're proposing.

In markets, every buyer is matched to a seller. Which is why just before a bull run, you'll often see manipulation designed to lure people into selling - even deep and extended - so that the elite can load up, basically. And vice versa.

...

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77049162

bitcoin is just a fucking bit string! You clowns crack me up when you talk about market fundamentals of a fucking bitstring. What are the market fundamentals of my farts?

Now 8274 USD , 2020 prediction 90K to 1Mil , keep laughing and stick with that unbacked paper, troll
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71133376

90k to 1 million. Lmfao. Its never going hit those values. You know what will hit those values? Real asset like real estate. Real estate to trillion dollars soon. Buy real estate or cry later.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77397321

Real estate is a much better investment. It's already at a million on the coasts, but a trillion is scary because you know what will happen with the taxes, not to mention every other necessity like food, gas, electric etc., and most incomes won't increase that much.

I'm in good shape now, but if the values go to those amounts then I think everything else will go haywire too.

But, yeah, bitcoin is a joke. I can't believe it is still allowed to be pushed here.

You really love banks, don't you?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77823391

The fact of the matter is instead of paying fees to a bank ( which are extremely low in fact many banks store your money for free and give you a free card that's accepted everywhere without a fee to you), you are paying fees to an exchange.

Also you have to pay that fee every time when you convert to regular money.

Bitcoin is accepted as payment virtually no where, the only thing you can do is convert it to real money, for a fee.

So once again THE ONLY PURPOSE OF BITCOIN IS PUMP AND DUMP FOR QUICK EZ PROFITS. THATS IT. NO PRACTICAL WORLD USE OR VALUE AND IT NEVER WILL BE.

STOP DREAMING.

You are so ignorant if you think the USD is any more than piece of paper. And yet investment in and plans regarding that worthless rag, gets counted as fundamentals.

You are looking at the situation shallowly. They are evidently setting up for a crypto One World Currency. No more than a bitstring. But those plans are fundamentals.

Whether they've chosen BTC or will create a new one, is debatable.

For one, I'm not a grifter. I posted the satire video earlier mocking BTC.

However I am looking at information here, which you fsr are failing to do.

There is indication the global banking system plans to implement a crypto one world currency.

THAT WOULD IMPLY its backing by the very people who run the world's governments. Same as the USD, ultimately.

Re-read that if it still doesn't sink in for you.

Refer to the three below posts. If you're going to shoot back emotional nonsense, there's not much use talking to. Try to actually address the points, as @NowIhave did.

His theory is one valid alternative.

Global bank BNY Mellon, SoftBank Group and the Intercontinental Exchange are part of the global banking cartel.

this is bigger than people realize

Are you unaware that the global elite intend to abolish cash and force a global, digital ID-bound cashless system?

Sweden is leading the world in the abolition of cash, and the predictive programming is everywhere.

At Yale exists a copy of a letter President Roosevelt sent Colonel House on November 21, 1933. It discussed the threat of collapsing farm prices, and the fact that English and New York Bankers were blocking President Roosevelt's effort to resolve the monetary crisis. The President concluded his letter to Colonel House with these words:

"I had a nice talk with Jack Morgan the other day. . . . J.P.M. did not seem much troubled over the gold purchasing, and confessed that he had been completely misled in regard to the Federal expenditures.

The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson . . . . The country is going through a repetition of Jackson's fight with the Bank of the United States --- only on a far bigger and broader basis. . . .

Take care of yourself and do write me soon."

    Always sincerely, Franklin D Roosevelt."
