The automatic satellite intensity algorithms aren't doing so well with Super Typhoon Hagibis. They are missing the eye center pixels b/c it the eye is so small.
Without much doubt, it's a clear > 17°C eye
with cloud canopy < -80°C
T = 7.5 to 8.0
