While wind speeds continue to decrease, the core of Hagibis appears to be slated to make a core landfall around Tokyo/Tokyo bay per the updated guidance; at least they dodged a higher wind speed bullet apparently and we now have to watch for last minute wobbles and how wet the core actually is upon landfall; the mountains to the W-NW of Tokyo are going to squeeze out copious rain regardless
