Do not listen to this jackass, OP.

Too late for keto. You need vegan paleo. Really, vegan raw for the first 3o days jump start.

Vegan recommendation is short term only. Then add back fish, chicken and eggs 3 or 4 times a week.

Geeze op, sorry for some of the jack wads in this thread. Vet all advise.

Re: Coronary heart disease, plaque in the arteries, inflammation, how to heal?
In nature true meat eaters have short intestinal tracts, high levels of HCL acid in their stomachs to speed digestions, and sharp teeth because they tear and swallow their food - they don't chew it.

Plant eaters have long intestinal tracts because it takes time to break down cell walls, and have teeth meant for chewing and grinding.

Meat rots and become rancid if not expelled quickly.

Meat eaters have intestinal tracts about 2x their overall length.

In humans our intestinal tracts are around 24-35 feet long, or around 5-7x our height.

Supposedly humans "evolved" to become meat eaters. But if you look closely, their physiology did not evolve. They simply gathered into societies and started consuming flesh for convenience.

Hey derpington, OP needs to ramp down inflammation and reverse arterial plaque asap. Beans, legumes in a vegan diet for 30 or 60 days will jump start that.

No one is suggesting he only eat fruit or veggies. Beans, legumes and some leafy greens will give him plenty of protein until he adds back fish or lean chicken.

no tobacco..limited alcohol..walk 2 miles a day..then some weights etc..eat good..lots of brown rice and veggies..avoid processed foods and fast food.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 61629722

This is the best advice so far just because of the walking, human beings were designed to walk about 19 miles every day. Why 19? I don't know, I made up a number that might represent an average day of work a few years ago. A little brown rice is certainly better than bread or pasta or any processed carb.

Inflammation is 1/2 the issue from the processed sugars, simultaneous with eating the wrong fats. (btw, O.J. is the same as soda in sugar delivery. it's so good we tend to drink too much) It sure isn't a good source of vit. C

What a bunch of horseshit. Watch the Epitome videos and you will see what happens to the human body on plant based diet.

We don't have the gut biome like a cow or gorilla to synthesize saturated fat from plants. That's why we literally depend on animals to do it for us, by eating them.

A plant-based diet does not mean just leafy greens. It includes rice, grains, legumes, fruits, etc.

They had to keep postponing release and rediting the movie, because the vegan "stars" kept giving up the vegan diet.

No more caffine, it is a diuretic and shrinks your blood vessels.
This is my you become more awake after consuming caffeine, not your heart has to pump harder.

Meat causes inflammation. Raw plant based diet can cure you. What’s the harm in trying for a year? If it doesn’t work go back to meat. It’s your life your choice

Stay in ketosis long term and use the Pauling Protocol. That's what's working for me. Add resistance training and cardio and occasional fasting for quicker results.

I eat one low carb meal per day during the week, some carbs on sat, fast all day Sunday. Weights and treadmill every day alternating, and lots of vitamin c, d. K2, b, magnesium, potassium, salt. Been losing fat, lowering glucose, lowering insulin. The insulin and glucose and lack of c are causing the plaqu6in the arteries.

I’ve heard Niacin, Vit C and Lysine, going vegan. Has anyone revered coronary artery disease naturally? There is also the issue of inflammation, which is separate issue from plaque buildup?

Men get high cholesterol because their testosterone production falls to nothing as they get older due to age and estrogen over load. If You want to clean the arteries then take an anti estrogen which will force the body to ramp up testosterone production. BTW the body uses cholesterol to produce testosterone.

People think Cholesterol is bad because it is always there when something goes wrong, does that mean that an ambulance is bad because it is always there when there is an accident?

Our brains developed on animal protein

Meat eaters do want to attend to bowel transit time. The brain development of the meat eater is such that she can figure out how to avoid letting meat rot in her intestine.

A sliced Jalapeño or other hot pepper in hot milk will fix all over pain and knock out the start of a cold too.

Bone stock is always good and a hot pepper and or ginger and turmeric makes it even better.
