Thinking that your list of bads is what actually happens during war. War is not fought of the social front until later or after. If civil war truly broke out half the things you listed would be impossible in the opening days, weeks, months and the other half could potentially happen, but aren't issues depending where you are on the lines. When you are running from an area being pounded by a gunship, no one cares what you may have had on your phone or someone taking your kids away. Survival is all thay matters.
