I have no joy over the thought of Europe being destroyed--far from it. But it is a done deal. You need to check on the battle lines over the past 5 years. Trump has actually done a great job regarding ISIL.

I have some bad feelings about abandoning the Kurds, but that is a tiny area of Syria. The Kurds could still have their homeland in Northern Iraq.

You have to be able to pick the fights people are willing to fight to the bitter end--for total victory. Trump is demonstrating that ability. We cannot get drawn out into hundreds of small conflicts that only serve to weaken and bankrupt the nation.

Anyone that suggests there should have been a full and unilateral strike on IRAN after the Saudi oil plant strike is not playing with a full deck. Such a war with Iran will happen in time, but a few little things must happen first. I suspect you will be back here bitching about Trump after the US bombs the shit out of IRAN.
