Why do i keep having nightmares?

A guilty conscious of acts that were, are and shall be, every night your heart is weighed on a scale agaisnt the feather of righteousness that is Maat, and if its heavy and found wanting it will be eaten by Ammit the monster in your subconsciouness.

You know the evil which you do have done and still intend, turn away and return to Maat for you should you leave this world as you are, int he afterlife none shall save you fromt he jaws of Ammit. Its your choice remain a servant to Apep and hell will be with you always

First give all your problems to Jesus, before you go to bed...

Next, try to control your dreams. If your in a bad situation, in a dream, then just walk away from it. You could try to fight it and defeat it. You could even tell yourself that its just a dream and now you will be on a beautiful island resort with not a care in the world...

I have multiple dreams in one night. It's like watching multiple short videos in first person. If things start to go bad, I jump into third person mode and the video ends. Then a new one starts...

The weirdest is when you dream within a dream. When you wake up you may become disoriented...
