Yep.
I read the Wikileaks drop the Saturday Evening before the 2016 Election. 11/5/16.
A few minutes after reading Sec. Powells response, my Cell Phone had a virus and completely shut down. Had to get a new phone. It was Election Day when I was back in business.
I love and honor Sec. Powell for his service to our Country. If I were President, I'd pardon him.
