Beetroot the red bulbs .I am not sure they are the same as beets . They are nice peeled chopped into cubes and roasted with yellow squash cubes in olive oil and coarse grained ground black pepper . They can be eaten like that cold in a salad the next day . If you were pregnant the lower pressure is a bit high ..you would be put on bed rest here . Before the doctors went high anxiety they said the top pressure was ok if it was 120 plus your age .. So I expect your top reading is ok . The healthy readings were put lower a few years ago , but I wonder if it was a drug dealer inspired putsch to get more money . If the bottom reading gets too low you can collapse ..under 70 ..I expect . My husband had chemo and his bottom reading went to 120 and he was hospitalised ... |

I can only give you my story as this is fact I went to the doctor about 2 years ago, blood pressure was high as hell I think sit was like 180/120 something in that range The nurse said I need to make an appointment with my doctor the next day and see if I might need some BP meds Well, needless to say I hate prescription pills So, that night after leaving the doctor I searched for an alternative Came across an article about COQ10 I went to walmart and bought a bottle Not sure what to expect I started taking it immediately I thought I will try it for a few days and see if it does anything Well, the next day I made an appointment for my doctor for 3 days out Well, I took these pills and went to my doctor appointment The of course checked my BP. It was down to 135/100 I thought well that's an improvement I kept taking the pills for the rest of the month Went back to my doctor once more, was doing some blood work, just to check cholesterol levels and stuff like that Checked BP, it was 120/85 Needless to say I have been taking them everyday since My BP has been 120/80 to 120/85 for the last 2 years Has not went any higher, i mean maybe when I get angry or whatever but other than that its been in that range BP can fluctuate depending on if you are in pain, angry, etc... But you can take COQ10 anytime it is good for other things as well That would be my advice That's great! You can get a good price on CoQ10 at Swanson Vitamins or Vitcost online. I didn't used to think I could afford it, but it's one of the first things on the list to try for gum disease, and so now when I buy it I say "It's cheaper than going to the dentist". |

Added L-Argenine to my daily supps. Added 2 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper to my daily reg. Quit the keto diet and went into a low carb + low sat. fat diet. BP today was 139/90. Which was awesome because I didn't get to rest for 15 minutes before reading. Normally this would have been 170+ over 100+ I wil track and update. Did NOT give up alcohol. I love that shit. . Oh, and PS, the last two mornings I woke up with wood Ron Jeremy would be jealous of. Yesterday it didn't stop until 10 minutes AFTER my shower, wife laughed her ass off. . |
