The health Dept is not involved the depts of agriculture and markets will regulate that

the plant has been operational for over 15 years now without major regulatory intervention. it certainly hasn't set any standards in the agriculture industry although clients keep purchasing and their trucks keep rolling in and out on the scales until the only capital left to be made is off the end consumer, eh.

Way back when the farmers around here would hire my brother and I to shoot pigeons and blackbirds out of their barns.
They pooped in the hay and the cows wouldn't eat it.
We got a quarter a head for dead birds. Righteous bucks in those days. We used .22 shorts we got for 50 cents a box at the hardware store.
Easy money for a kid, clean hay for the cows.
We also took care of groundhogs, foxes and any other pests the farmer wanted rid of.
It's probably frowned upon by the tree lickers now.

This can only enrich the grains with minerals...besides do you think of such things when you eat your significant others her/his(never know now a days) a-hole out?
