there's literally half an inch of pigeon shit covering most of the floors in our holding sheds with continuous input falling from above into the grain piles. all of it liable to getting scraped up and shipped out wholesale by the skidsteer or cat loader to a "food-grade" mill or processing plant.

Way back when the farmers around here would hire my brother and I to shoot pigeons and blackbirds out of their barns.
They pooped in the hay and the cows wouldn't eat it.
We got a quarter a head for dead birds. Righteous bucks in those days. We used .22 shorts we got for 50 cents a box at the hardware store.
Easy money for a kid, clean hay for the cows.
We also took care of groundhogs, foxes and any other pests the farmer wanted rid of.
It's probably frowned upon by the tree lickers now.

Oh - and selling it as SEED is fine - FREE FERTILIZER with the seeds - doesn’t hurt it at all - nobody is going to EAT SEED - they PLANT them in the dirt - what’s your problem
