Obviously California ALSO needs a new "Climate Change Tax" too, so as to fight Climate Change!!

Tax energy consumption, and water consumption, so both are reduced (like the Canadians have done to the tune of $1000/household) which will assist in preventing Climate Change.

California, since it leads the United States, in the "Climate Change" arena should implement these new taxes ASAP!! They could lead the rest of the country by example!!

Once that is done, and the money spent, then they could add on a "sunshine tax", the more the sun shines the more tax you pay since "sunshine" needs to be protected!! This cold be combined with a "rainfall tax", the more it rains the more tax you pay since "rainfall" creates water runoff and it costs money to channel that water runoff via culverts, rivers, storm sewers etc. and that costs more money to provide for than sunshine.

Yes ... California needs to show the nation just how many more things deserve to be taxed so as to help the environment!!

I love it too. Lived there most of my life. Guess I had the best of it from the days of little beach towns and miles of orange and avocado groves. Makes me so sad what the politicians and developers did to it. My Dad was from the Ozarks so I spent plenty of summers there. It is lovely. Good choice!
