I live right in the area where we had the Tubbs fire. We got a phone notice from PGE. They said something to the effect of go to their website and gave a bunch of random numbers for area to be impacted. Absolutely no time to write them down and did not repeat them. Covering their butts. Mind you, we get really hot Diablo Winds this time of year. Think of a bellows on warm wood. Man, that fire two years ago roared through here. Most people I know ran from their home and escaped in their pajamas. At least we are prepared with a generator. The Camp Fire in Paradise was November 8, and it was windy as hell.
