There are rural parts of San Jose. People don't be SO fucking stupid.
Power will NOT be shut off to cities of 8 million for a week.

There may be some power shut off for a day or so in very isolated areas but obviously not in a major city. We also have GLP drama queens that hype and exaggerate everything. Sometimes it's because they're retarded, and sometimes people write any bullshit that will advance a "doom" agenda.
