Will this affect San Francisco, Oakland/Berkley, Palo Alto, and San Jose?
OMG ... the number of Californians who live there is HUGE. That is also the center of the California high tech industry - the driver of the California economy!!
Would the power actually be out 3 or 4 days?
Please Please tell me that those areas WILL be cut off from electrical power, and it will be for foat least 4 days!!
