How long did they say it would take to become cannibals?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74661623 6 hours. When Los Angeles had a power failure, it took only a couple of hours for the looting, rioting to start and fires to be set. This was in a different era (late 1970's I think) when people weren't so tense and hateful like they are now in California.
