Hey at least you have solar...oh wait, those panels only work when they are grid tied. Damn!
I would say go thank your local lawyers guild god knows San Francisco is thick with them.
Their lawsuits are to blame PG&E is only taking necessary preventative action to mitigate any liability in the face of lawsuits.
