Here is a map of the possible areas that could face a power shutoff. They are remote, rural and rugged areas. [ link to www.sfgate.com (secure)] Cities, per se, are not affected. Some parts of San Jose are rural. I've read that, at most, 600,000 people could be affected. O' only 600k without food water a place to shit, no big A 'tard from South Africa telling me my local business! This forum is packed with clowns. I am so sick of the ignorance and hype. unless you are here against your will, you are free to abstain. I find so much good here myself.
