Here is a map of the possible areas that could face a power shutoff. They are remote, rural and rugged areas. [ link to www.sfgate.com (secure)] Cities, per se, are not affected. Some parts of San Jose are rural. I've read that, at most, 600,000 people could be affected. O' only 600k without food water a place to shit, no big A 'tard from South Africa telling me my local business! This forum is packed with clowns. I am so sick of the ignorance and hype. Remote and rural? What an idiot. If they shut off power to San Jose and the rest of the Bay Area - bedlam, chaos, madness. I feel this is a test run for causing chaos in the entire country. I used to work for PGE, in the center of the State. It was a very well organized company back in the 90's. Of course that has been 18 more years of progressive madness since then, I have no idea how badly the co. might be screwed up now. You're another anonymous liar. You know nothing about this subject and pushing an agenda. The power in San Jose, Oakland and Berkeley with not go out in the urban areas, but the remote, heavily wooded hill areas. These are affluent areas with million dollar homes and even ranches. The urban areas in those cities will not lose power.I Your fantasy of inner city chaos is ignorant bullshit.
