Be interesting to see what happens in Oakland if they cut off power to parts of town that have large numbers of Section 8 tenants or other types of subsidized housing.

Hope businesses in Oakland spent the day moving their merchandise out of their stores ... because even if they are on a block that keeps it's power the police are going to be so overwhelmed that there is likely to be ZERO response to a call if things start to go South on the business's particular block.
