What part of San Diego County are you, may I ask?
i have friends living there, and friends traveling there this week..

As of the last news I saw, just the eastern/northeastern parts of the county. The places where winds are typically pretty high all the time. Not so much the main populated parts of the county like Mission Valley or Downtown or anything.
