With multiple people in many households, millions are likely being affected by the blackouts.Aziza...you keep missing it. Are you conveniently skipping by the relevant quote or just reading too fast? Those numbers are "households/customers"...not the number of people. A household could have four people in it.. but counts as one customer. There are MILLIONS affected. AC, you & I agree. That is exactly the point I have been trying to communicate to titor.
