i see probems all over this mess. it really does look to be a test or drill to see how the electricity off would affect ppl and buinesses.

candles will cause fires. at 1% that is 6,000 possable fires. so risk does not equal reward for the attempt.how far in advance did the notify cities? did they put the city water and hospitals on generators and get enough fuel?

do they realize how much $$ they just robbed from the state and local tax payrolls? no work means no income tax nor sale taxes. that is a huge bill.also no school, so FED $$ is taken away also.

never ever before has the economic engine that runs our country been shut down.it has been slowed, see the great depressionbut never stopped. restarting such a machine will not be easy. this may be the purpose of the test.

there are many many regulations that have to be checked and followed to open a business. depending on how much warning they gave, some areas might be able to prepare for some of this, but not all.

food processors will have to be cleaned. this includes pipes that mik goes thru at the dairy plant.if that milk set there and solidified, good luck.now u will be replacing pipes. BEFORE u can haul milk from the farms and start operations. similar tactics will apply to other foods as well remember CA is a huge AG area, not just producing but process and packaging.

all restaraunts going to throw away food that was kept in those coolers with no electric? how or when are they going to be restocked?? YUKKK.this also applies to grocery stores. if meat spoiled in the coolersthe grocery store will be looking to replace those coolers. after meat sits in those temps long enough, you can not get the smell out.
every business in the entire shut down area, will need to be cleaned. legally before they can reopen.

anyone in the area on the ground please keep us informed. thank you
