Only politics has me stressed right now. I swear the craziest, most deranged people are trying to take over!

not stress. maybe mood is overwhelmed or plain. but above all im just in observation of a reality which is stable but im awaiting the indication of the father jesus christ to lay some perspective due to the inability to handle the grasp of the infinite objectives which deflect my personal intensity.

i basically feel at a loss but im not feeling lost. just kinda dreary with mild happiness and at times anger and shame all revolving around social media constructs and of course my small at home lifestyle. just wanting to remain in my mind. not feeling that way of course. im awake after sleeping but touching base with triggering another tired state. im off to lay down and find some empathy through insane dreaming and solid unneeded rest.

My stress is up in an unusual way. I live alone in a remote area and have had a problem with aggressive wild predators and then found out there has been a rabies outbreak. I am having to keep my gun within reach at all times and put up reinforced fencing.

My stress level plummeted down when I quite following MSM and negative crap shit for fake news headlines.

I should not have used the wording "unusual way". This was normal everyday stress 100 years ago. We only think we have stress these days because we are so spoiled. Real stress is knowing you, your family, livestock and crops could be and often were destroyed at any moment, not knowing when your next meal would be, unable to get help for medical emergencies or if you were going to survive the winter.
