IF they want to impeach, they need to do it right. Which means hold a vote. IF they can prove wrongdoing, then he SHOULD be impeached. Using the proper procedure.

But if they can't they need to sit down and shut the f..k up.

Until they do it right, I'd say he's more than entitled to throw as many wrenches as he can into their machinery.
