Shoot a couple missiles and wait a couple of days to invade. Normally the strategy is bomb bomb bomb and get the boots in while everyones disoriented. Why invade if they can squeeze the Kurds to negotiate? The American soldiers were just supposed to fight ISIS, not give the Kurds a mini-state, hostile to NATO. If the Kurds want to resist a Turkish invasion, they have to pull their occupation forces out of the Euphrates valley. Now is the time for the SDF to start talking to Syria or Turkey. |
