Not faith, evidence. We live we die and that's it.
And yet another claim: Dreams have the power to create "whatever word salad". Show evidence.
Quoting: MaybeTrollingUAgain Then show your evidence. I simply said that consciousness has the power to create a subject object split. That is obviously true. Evidence that people die? Besides, you're the one making the claim, you have the burden of proof. If its obviously true, wouldn't be hard to show evidence, would it? I exist. Of that there is no doubt. I say the burden of proof is upon you to explain how the feeling ‘I am/I exist’ could be generated from inert physical stuff. And the world that second by second is being generated in front of your very eyes right now, where is it coming from, what is its source? There are whole fields of medicine, anatomy and chemistry that explain this is astonishing detail. It's basically a lot of chemical reactions, secretions and such. The "world being generated in front of your eyes", again, is claim.
