US couldn't cross into Syria the way Turkey can.
Non-Muslims have to be invited and the US never was.
That's the law of the land there.

Handing off to Turkey is the only way to get rid of ISIS for good or they would be around for another 100 years.

You think it's about money because those key words resonate with you, like many other men. You hear money and your ears perk up. And that's ALL you hear. Quite common.

And you take every word literally. Because most people can only think in 1st person narrative. So no.

All that money is owed to us for using our military to protect KSA, petrodollars. Not real money. Not money out of your pocket, or anyone else's. But it's a great political statement to get people to listen and resonate.

What you aren't hearing is: 24 hours. Jail release. Raqqa.
