PG&E's loss in some major lawsuits brought by victims of fires started by downed power lines apparently is the origins of the shutting off of electricity to areas where high winds can cause equipment failure.

There may be a bit of "fuck you---just desserts!" from PG&E executives, but I'm sure after being bitten, they have understandable caution in not wanting to get sued all over again.

There are so many dishonest, cunning, unethical liberals on both sides of the fence throughout California, that idiocy and inhumanity are now running amok.
