And it is only part of the year. There was some local news station investigative story here some years back of a rich guy living on a plot of land in the city maybe 6/8 times the size of a typical plot of land using as much water per day as a typical family around here uses per month to keep his lawns and gardens lush. It went no where, was just a non story by the local media to gain eyeballs for a couple days while they ran their "investigative reports". In the end it boiled down to rich man uses lots of water, rich man has the money to pay the bill next month. Next non news worthy story please.
