If the winds are as strong as they say, there will be a fire somewhere, but the power companies don't want the blame again. I've seen where a car dragging a tow chain caused a series of fires along the highway from the sparks it threw off.I'm 65 and never have I heard of such a thing--much less it being a problem! The companies not wanting to be blamed does hold some merit. In lawsuit-crazy land where politics looks more like a circus on a bad day, if I were running a company I would start going out of my way to avoid dealing with it too. I meant the chain dragging........
