I'm not sure what the flight path means, I checked areas along it and saw that the Spokane, Wa area has about 21,000 customers without power. I'm not sure the flight has anything to do with the planned outage, it skirts north of it in California before flying out to sea, then is down between LA and San Diego when it comes back over land. Seems meaningless , what do you think that pattern means. Snow storm took down power lines in Spokane.
