A reasonable plan would be to inform the public ( and " inform the GD power execs) that the power will remain on until the power lines are struck and then with fire blazing that part of the grid will go down,til repaired and then back on..
By order of the President.
They don't turn off the grid for hurricanes , why windstorms are different.. They aren't.
Hope its not turning into a crime spree.!Sue them
