So basically the power companies lines can't be trusted in high winds and dry conditions so they have to cut off power. How often will this happen? bi monthly?
I was just watching some news from Cali and they are reporting fires can very easy start from random acts. Welding, blown tire spark, cig butt, mowing, hot car exhaust, arson and other fluke freak accidents as has happened before.
Just my guess fire will happen.
