Looks like a huge setup. Like someone said before fires would kill two birds with one stone. Clear the electric company of liability if it is off and fire starts. If they go under because of lawsuits it may expose some serious California corruption involved with the business would want that. 2 They keep the Agenda 21 plan rolling as written and easily readable online. Grindal61 clearly shows what is going already as far as stack and pack and corruption on the town and city councils. I am sure there is more.

Now that the power is off in targeted areas, they can freely start their fires (no legal liability) and push the Plan - for pure-profit and/or for Agenda 21 furtherance and augmentation. I know 6 people (personally) that have moved away from California for these very fears/reasons.
