Once the noon to 5pm (local time) cutoffs start occuring look for the numbers to go up dramatically.

Going to be an interesting commute home for those who have to go through areas with stoplights but no electricity to power them. Around here when that occurs my normal 30 minute rush hour commute home at least doubles, a couple of times it has tripled (and at least I had electricity when I got home - many of those people will be going home to a dark house)
