I can find NO weather forecast where winds are going to exceed 20mph in the next 48 hours in the bay area. WTF are they talking about "High Winds" as a reason for the outage? [ link to weather.com (secure)] Locations over 1,000 feet. At 120 feet in San Jose, winds are gusting around 10mph.
