Still breezy here in Butte County about 15 miles south of Oroville. We have power here, but everything to the north and east has been blacked out since early this morning.

There were lots of 'flood babies' born around here in late 1997. ;) It's human nature to stay occupied!! Think how happy some neglected housewives are tonight out in California.
