Still breezy here in Butte County about 15 miles south of Oroville. We have power here, but everything to the north and east has been blacked out since early this morning.

There were lots of 'flood babies' born around here in late 1997. ;) Now that I think about it, the 1994 Ice Storm in West Tennessee, took power out for almost 2 weeks in many areas around Memphis. 4 of my friends ended up having kids in 95. All around a 1-2 month period. ahahah!
