Coming up on the 8 o'clock witching hour ... when they said they would begin the next round of power cutoffs.
Have to see how much the number ratchets up from 8 to 9 local time (11pm to midnight ESDT)
Anybody have any word on how bad the wind is up in the hills and mountains now?
