Towel head...really? you people are in so much trouble! I listened for about ten minutes and I smell bullshit. So now when the wind blows you can have your electricity turned off indefinitely. What if you have meat stored in freezers? No stored up water? Holy shitballs...all I can say is you better have prepped.  So true I was thinking about all the food that will be wasted for preppers and just regular families who store a lot Who is going to reimburse the cost of that, with this voluntary planned power outage? Zabar's cheese, Manhattan, GAVE their cheese away to the public during a blackout in the 2000's, saving themselves the cost of having to deal with it, and earning the enduring loyalty of locals (not to mention some hefty write-off).
