Overnight the cut offs finally reached into the South Bay area and into the Silicon Valley area itself (South Bay area between the bay and the ocean)

GREAT commuting to work through those areas with no working traffic lights!!

WILL your work place have power when you get there?!

WILL you be able to brew your hot cup of coffee for your commute, and WILL you have electricity when you get home so you can cook dinner /have lights /watch TV?!

Obviously what California NEEDS is:
MORE Liberalism
MORE Illegal Immigrants sucking up state money
MORE Welfare Collectors sucking up state money
FEWER (none actually) Polluting Power Plants that are located on the coastal plain so there is not only LESS pollution but so the state can be MORE green!! (BAN ALL power plants is the goal!! be they coal /natural gas /oil /nuclear ... YEP, THAT is the solution!)
LESS money spent on basic infrastructure and more Billions on dreamy projects like the high speed Train To Nowhere!!
