Someone at PG&E and State of California should be charged with manslaughter for their negligent handling of the power situation. When I read about the blackouts, it reminded me of my uncle who relied on his O2 machine. O2 tanks only last so long as well. Imagine how this impacts nursing homes and hospitals. I know most generators for emergencies only, but not be used for extended periods of days. This isn't an emergency, it was a deliberate act of negligence by PG&E and the State of California!
