$8 billion seems excessive.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77824933 It does seem excessive. It should be simple. The costs should be for reduction surgery. Thats all. You should realize this is all about lawyers getting paid since the lawyers deal will give them anywhere from one third to one half of the award. As always, this is a sop from the judge to his lawyer buddies. What about having to take the time out for the surgery? Or what about the pain and suffering of asking your wife for her bra? Dude!
