Traditional women are "Losing" by the world's standards, but it leads to happiness and personal fulfillment. Staying home with young kids, working part-time when they're older, being involved in their schooling/activities, making home-cooked meals, strengthening social ties.

I have seen women do the full-time work/full-time mom thing.
